Superb town house! Modernly equipped but keeping the style of local authenticity! It is really impressive how the hosts managed to harmonise modern comfortability and facilities with authentic design. Friendly hospitality willing to assist the guests providing guidance where to go, what to see. The backyard is an additional review to write) large, green, where you can enjoy the silence and the nature or play with your kids. The treehouse for kids is amazing)) only one regret… our stay was too short, just one night(( we definitely will return for a longer stay, to join the privacy and nature, still being in the city. Thanks to the host for warm hospitality! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Nice accomodation in a countryside with a superb host who is really willing to help their guests. Language is a bit of a barrier but I was lucky with help of other guests. Host can prepare a hearty breakfast or dinner if needed and there is a small shop to buy some groceries.

The property is closer to Varatec (4 km) than to Agapia, but distances to most famous monasteries are below 20 km. The yard and the terraces are plenty of flowers, and in the yard there are several tables for dining including a pavilion. The senior hosts (husband and wife) are busy with their farm without contacts with guests unless incidental; their son seems to be in charge with clients although he needs to call his mom for details. The food (dinner and breakfast) were tasty, satisfying and at decent prices. We stayed only one night and needed to rent a suite as no double room was available; the rooms and bathroom were clean.

Wonderful property! The garden is big and nicely arranged, there is a lake and sports court while the building is beautiful designed, with good taste (including a copy after Klimt). The country side offers bike lane. The breakfast was good.
