It was self service but the kitchen was well equipped and the hosts provided extras like beer, wine and milk. The hosts were incredibly helpful and friendly. The location in a spacious quiet safe haven outside Stanford was ideal with an easy commute to Hermanus and views of the mountains.

friendly and helpful host. lovely attention to detail and personal touches in the room and bathroom which had everything to make my stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Very spacious accommodation and it was lovely to sit outside on the balcony in the evenings. great location and I felt safe staying there on my own.

The location was safe & perfect for our needs. A lock up garage was available for one of our cars. The coffee & rusks supplied were adequate to our needs as we breakfasted in the village. Homemade mead was a welcoming touch. Wi-Fi connection ✔️ Our host was charming & amenable.
