Well situated in the historic centre of the city, near the castle! The Couple who welcome you are very nice and help you if needed! They were very helpful with the parking. The breakfast is delicious with fresh products, would recommend!

One of our absolute favourite stays of the whole trip, even though it was our last night and the main reason for the stay was proximity to the airport. The room was clean, surroundings lovely, it was well located and there was also a parking slot provided. But, the stay was absolutely elevated by the hosts! We felt so welcome, communication was excellent at all times, breakfast was incredibly delicious and it genuinely was a shame to leave. If we're back, there's no doubt we'll book Rooms by Lion again.

At the inn, rooms come with a wardrobe. The rooms at Villa Duka have air conditioning and a desk. A bright, extremely clean, and spacious house with a beautiful terrace with a view, and great breakfast. The owners are a super nice/hospitable couple. He came and rescued us after our maps application sent us to a dead end while finding the place at night (happens frequently apparently). It is located off the road that goes to the top of the mountain above the town, so double check your map route. It is a quiet area with a lot of green, but it is only a 15 minute walk to the castle.

From the moment we got there until we left, we were made feel very welcome and very well taken care of . The hotel is run by Rosie , her husband Victor, daughter Lisa, and son Johann. The hotel is modern and spacious and beautifully decorated. We were driving, so private car parking space was a plus . We were upgraded to a larger room on arrival . Spacious bedroom with large balcony overlooking the beach. Lots of wardrobe space , and a plus was the fridge Nice big bathroom with walk-in shower. Shampoo shower gel and soap included . Large bath towels and slippers in room . We were given towels for the beach . Hotel guests do not have to pay for sun loungers/ umbrellas . We were there for 6 nights . Breakfast was included . It was so delicious, freshly prepared when we arrived down every morning . Great variety Rosie and her family were amazing hostesses. We were celebrating our anniversary and were given a bottle of champagne to celebrate, which was a nice touch. Would highly recommend this hotel and would love to return
