True professionals of hospitality: very warm and kind people, everything they prepared was first-class or better. The place is clean and cozy, place in a nice location between Kingscote and Pennshaw (American River). There are koalas walking around! They managed to heat the room very creatively by inserting heating lights in the bathroom. There is a view of the ocean from the window, the room is very well equipped, and they even put umbrellas in the closet. The breakfast was outstanding: delicious, and the hosts did their best to listen to us and satisfy are - demanding! - requests. They were very helpful and suggested nice trips which we indeed did and were very satisfied with.

My ferry got cancelled the day I was supposed to arrive and I called the host letting her know, she was extremely helpful and kind and even refunded me the night I could not arrive. Would stay here again!

Facilities and amenities were very thoughtfully considered - we wanted for nothing. We saw many kangaroos and echidna from the accommodation window - wildlife heaven! Would highly recommend and if we are fortunate enough to return to Kangaroo Island, we would 100% stay there again.
