I want to mention the host - Sara. She is super friendly and super organized. We have visited two of her recommended places and everything was really very tasty and budget friendly. So, big thanks to Sara for being so enthusiastic and helpful!

Breakfasts were in their popup restaurant whilst the main hotel and restaurant is being upgraded. The food was excellent, and the room (No 8) was excellent too. All of the hotel's facilities are either in, or just off, the main square, making access to Talbot House, the Hop Museum, etc, all within very easy walking distance. The Hotel de la Paix is a family run business, and the owner and staff are all friendly and helpful. My group has stayed with them many times in the past, and hopefully will continue to do so in the future.
