Clean white comfortable bed, generally very clean room, but I was surprised to see some stray hair on a bathrom wall. Good hot shower. Nice design. Excellent location within 5 minutes walk to the entrance of the park. Above all, wonderful caring and hospitable owners. They met me well past midnight and spent time drawing out different park routes for the next 4 days. Fluent English-speaking person Carol was also very helpful with purchansing tickets, providing directions, and relaying messages to the staff. BUT be sure you know what types of tickets you want as I made a mistake ordering a certain route then incurring hefty cancellation fee to change the already expensive ticket. Carol helps, but don't expect her to go into details.

We asked so many questions about different activities and getting to places and they always gave detailed information. We were given two separate rooms because there was a problem with what we booked and they let us check in very early with no hassle. Very close to Tianmen mountain Line A entrance and 72 wonder towers!

It was super convenient and clean. Rebbica is amazing, she is so friendly and speaks english. She helped us in all attractions booking and she helped us in every aspect. The breakfast is recommended, it’s simple and nice and cheap. Its very close to all attractions:)

Location was great, very close to the East entrance to Zhangjiajie National Park and a food market. Wally was exceptional. He would stay with us for as long as we needed to help us with our itinerary and ticket booking.

Buffet and à la carte breakfast options with local specialities, pancakes and fruits are available. At the guest house, the family-friendly restaurant is open for dinner and lunch and serves Chinese cuisine. The staff were absolutely amazing ! So friendly and helpful with planning our trips around the national park and booking tickets for us. We also bumped into one of the staff when we were a bit stuck coincidentally and he drove us back to the hotel which was so sweet. Beautiful bath on the balcony too !

He helped us to book the tickets to the mountains and tianmen and is extremely helpful and very knowledgeable and his English is good which is rare to find in China. Would definitely come back and visit and stay in this guesthouse.
