The property is around 400 metres from Yuanjiajie, 2.4 km from Zixia Taoist Temple and 3 km from Suoxiyu. The hotel features family rooms. Very nice hotel run by a family. They provided a map of the national park and planned out an amazing two day route which allowed us to pretty much see all of it. Hotel is just a short walk from the east entrance of the park.

At the guest house, every unit is equipped with a desk and a TV. Just next to the ancient town, the owner was extremely helpful and spoke English. Do not attempt to the place on your own as we did :) The owner offers to wait for you at the bus stop/taxi stop and accompany you to the hotel, which is only a couple of minutes away.

Really nice, friendly and helpful staff! The room and the bed were comfortable, everything was clean. I recommend 100% ☺️

At Zhangjiajie Walishanfang Guest Hous every room is fitted with air conditioning and a flat-screen TV. The staff was exceptional, he helped us a lot in finding the best route in the park for our needs. He also speak English and helped us on our next accommodation late check in. The location is perfect to enter the park through east gate.

Buffet and à la carte breakfast options with local specialities, pancakes and fruits are available. At the guest house, the family-friendly restaurant is open for dinner and lunch and serves Chinese cuisine. The whole place was lovely. The breakfast was a treat, and the bath on the balcony was heavenly, quite literally: when the pool lights went out at midnight the whole Milky Way popped into view/
