The staff super helpful, the first day they help us to buy the tickets to Tian men shang and the avatars mountain. His excellent English was a huge advantage, making communication effortless—this alone might be one of the top reasons for native English speakers to choose his place. He was always accommodating, flexible with changes, and genuinely cared about his guests' needs. The location is another major plus—close to many scenic spots and hotspots in Zhangjiajie, including the Wulingyuan entrance to the National Forest Park, Tianzi Mountain, and the stunning Avatar Mountain. This made exploring the area incredibly convenient. If you're looking for a welcoming, well-located, and hassle-free home stay in Zhangjiajie, “Wally House” is the perfect choice. I strongly recommend it to anyone visiting the area—you will hardly find a more helpful and trustworthy host than Mr. Wally! Superb hospitality and experience!

Buffet and à la carte breakfast options with local specialities, pancakes and fruits are available. At the guest house, the family-friendly restaurant is open for dinner and lunch and serves Chinese cuisine. - so great, so quiet, food was good, could walk to the gate of the park, the pool table, the staff.thr pool. Definitely recommend.

We stayed at All Seasons Lodge with 2 families for 3 nights for our visits to the National Park and Canyon and we really recommend this hotel! All the staff (3) are super friendly and helpful. The frontdesk boy helped us planning the trip even before we arrive. He helped us buying tickets of the National Park, Canyon and Tianmen Mt and gave us advise which routes to take and also give us restaurant recommendations. He even helped me out of an argue with a bad caishier of a snack store nearby, forcing me to pay twice with my Alipay. He walked with us to the shop helped me clarify and finally get my money back! The hotel itself was comfortable and has everything you need (good bed, shower, toiletries, breakfast, washing machine, dryer).

I was so pleased that he helped me organize the trips to Zgangjijajie Park, Tianmen mountain and others. Super responsive on the phone, also whatsapp and helped even remotely when I was already in the mountains. The guesthouse is cozy, clean and with a nice vibe. I loved my room. It was spacious, simple, and comfortable. important that I can open the window and have some fresh air as well. There is plenty of local restaurants and shops around to get by with shopping for food, grocery or gifts. If I come back to Zhangjiajie I will stay again for sure!
