At the guest house, all units have bed linen and towels. All was great from the location, to the building itself, to the interior to the comfort of the room, to the service. Christmas decorations were everywhere in the hotel with the cinnamon and apple aroma spread in the corridors. We even got a small present from the owners. Breakfast was included every day. It was a wide buffet with milk/flakes, cold cheese/ham, vegs and bread. Desserts and fruits were also available as well as a good selection of teas, juices and filter coffee. The cook made us eggs every morning on demand in the way we asked be it omelette, boiled, sunny side or scrambled. The staff was very pleasant. The cleaning in the room was done every morning. I appreciated having a sink in the room despite our room not having a separate toilet/shower. To add we had a beautiful mountain view from our window. The beds were cozy and warm.

The room itself was comfortable and well-appointed. The variety and quality of the food were impressive (breakfast is included in the price - and what a great service!). The staff went out of their way to make me feel welcome and attended with big smiles to my needs. After hour check-in process was seamless for my late arrival. 7 min drive to the airport made my layover stress-free and smooth. I definitely return on my next trip thru Munich.

Highly recommended! The house is full of history, something interesting to see in each corner. The hosts are the most polite and hospitable people we have ever met. The apartment was spacious and comfortable, clean and tidy. We had everything we needed. We also highly recommend the breakfast - delicious, fresh, various. Right in the historical center, but still easy to find and accessible. Parking place in front of the house and also nearby. One can hardly imagine a better place to stay in Fussen.

Very clean, comfortable, and cozy. Front desk reception and breakfast buffet waitress were very friendly and welcoming. Easy check in and check out with parking on property. The room was spotless and quiet at night. Breakfast was fresh, nicely laid out buffet and had everything we wanted for breakfast. We highly recommend staying here.
