He helped me solve a problem with our next hotel and with my phone as well. The location was awesome as it was fairly quiet (we stayed in Banos during a festival so there was some parties near by but more quiet than staying closer to the town’s center) and the view of the river was beautiful.

It offers spectacular mountain views, tropical gardens with BBQ facilities and charming wooden bungalows. Amazing location! You can see a waterfall from the property and the surrounding mountains are stunning. Many birds around. Lovely dogs and the cat tiggy. Oliver prepared a delicious dinner for us. The room was super comfortable and we missed nothing! I have not seen any better place around Baños!
