Sarah I think is the main person there- you can ask anything she will help. Booking of the tours ahead looks like a good idea- try red sea tours to run away from the city. Also we asked for the sun set tour on the quadbikes in the desert.. I think everyone should go through it, but just dont take children with you- it might be too much of experience there.. Hotel is further from noisy street so it helps to sleep better. View from window and the room in general was exactly the same as in a photo. Value for money is excellent. Clean, quiet.. newly decorated (it looks like it). Just you need to understand that this is Giza. It is not Switzerland.. ok? :) Enjoy.

Although he speaks little English, Hany and Hussein both speak excellent English. They are very helpful to accommodate our dining and room needs and kindly consult us about trips around Cairo. The breakfast and dinner are very nice, and the staff adapted to our needs for occasional early breakfast at 6 am. The pyramid view is gorgeous, location is perfectly accessible for hotel pickups for several tours and Uber. By the time of our travel (Dec 2024), the hotel is preparing to expand from 20 to ~50 rooms. Wish them a lot of success!

The room was spacious and bright, and the views of the pyramids from the balcony were nice. I don't remember having such a good breakfast, and all was homemade. They were also very accommodating to my late arrival past midnight.

The host and his family were very nice and hospitable. They guided me to the room during the night and served tasty Egyptian breakfast. My main goal was to visit the Pyramids of Giza and the entrance point was only 3 mins of stroll. There is also a nice view from the room and renovated bathroom. Amazing value for its money! Some tips for travelers - keep in mind that this is very suburban area and if you’d like to visit Pyramids in the early morning, there are a lot of dogs here. I live in country without street dogs and it was a little bit confusing. They are not aggressive, but if you are going to the earliest opening hour at 7.30, there will be mostly you and dogs at the street.

Guests can eat in the on-site traditional restaurant, which is open for dinner, lunch, brunch and cocktails. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Also the breakfast was perfect (on the roof terrace) and staff were very flexible accommodating our requests - what we wanted to eat and at what time. Would highly recommend.
