We had reserved rooms with "mountain view", but the rooms were actually on the backside of the building with views of the valley rather than Etna. After much discussion, we were able to pay an extra 20 Euro per room to move to suites with Etna view. The only rooms with Etna view are the three suites with jacuzzi baths, all on the ground floor. The pool is nice, but really doesn't have much of a view as there is a large building next door.blocking the view. The suites were very modern with comfortable beds.

The property has mountain and city views, and is 1.8 km from Villagonia Beach. The guest house features family rooms. Cozy, clean and comfortable room in the best part of Taormina, right off Corso Umberto. Our room had a great spacious terrace with a table. We had tea there on the afternoon watching the spectacular view and at night we could see Etna and its fiery top. Antonio went over and above to make us feel welcome, super kind and helpful.
