They were always reachable via Whatsapp. Breakfast is served to your room when you wake up and request it. As a solo traveler, I felt safe and comfortable. You can easily get around by walking and public transportation.

It's all about being in Rome! The balcony was sweet, even though we hardly used it. The bed was comfortable and the space was quiet. There were some nice touches - like coffee/tea and a small fridge. The location is great, especially if you want to go to Trestavere and the Jewish Ghetto (which we did!). Everything else is a lovely walk! The only time we saw any staff was when we arrived and they were so nice! Otherwise we communicated by WhatsApp.
