Everyone was so kind and welcoming, but the manager especially stood out. She always had the warmest smile, gave us fantastic local recommendations, and you could tell she genuinely loved what she does. Even after we checked out, she went above and beyond by helping me try to retrieve a card I had left in an ATM – something that meant so much to me. Can’t recommend Meunna Boutique Hotel enough. It’s more than just a beautiful place to stay – it’s an experience filled with warmth, care, and heart.

We enjoyed Luang Prabang very much and very important in this appreciation was our guesthouse - Moukdavan is unique: very clean, quiet, well-organised. I loved my stay at Golden Sun Boutique Hotel. The hotel is very nice, relaxing, typically the kind of hotel you want to stay in a beautiful city such as Luang Prabang. It was beautifully decorated, Asian Style. The room was very nice. The bathroom was big and nice. It was quiet and clean. The location is great. It's central and in the old city, just near the morning and the night market and the Mekong. All sites to visit are at a walking distance. Lisa is such a kind and helpful person. She did everything to make my stay as easy as possible. I had a wonderful stay and will definitely stay there again whenever I come back to Luang Prabang again. I highly recommend this hotel!

At the guest house, all units are soundproof. Location was good. Property was true to photos, staff were exceptional very kind and helpful was a pleasure to stay.

The guest house provides rooms with air conditioning, free private parking and free WiFi. Had such a pleasant stay at Ban Vivanh. It was very comfortable and the property is beautiful. Vivanh is a lovely host and very accommodating. In the past, there was a footbridge to walk from near the property to the city center. Although the bridge is currently undergoing repairs, it is still super easy to get to the center either by boat (costs only 10,000 kip), tuk tuk, or a leisurely walk across the bridge (maybe 25 minutes tops). Actually, the seclusion of the property away from the hustle and bustle of the touristy city center was probably my favorite part. Highly recommend!

Loved the family style breakfast served anytime between 7:30 - 10:30; its great for meeting new people, and spending time getting to know the hosts. I also had the BEST shower to date in Southeast Asia, and the room is comfortable and quiet making sleep easy. You’re slightly outside of the main strip of Luang Prabang, but the bikes on-site are nicer than most rentals and make it easy and convenient to get around. Being slightly outside of the main drag also ensures you’ll explore other parts of the city.
