The staff were very friendly and helpful, and even did my laundry! Rooms were the perfect size and the AC worked well. Breakfast was generously portioned. Location is great, down a quiet alley away from a busy street and not a far walk to the Medina. Some nice restaurants nearby also.

The guest house has family rooms. Riad Old City Palace will no doubt soon become the gem of Fes. The staff are kind, dedicated, and hospitable. The facilities are so beautiful - full of details and beauty to wonder at, from the floor to the walls and arches and decorative stained glass in the windows of the bedrooms. The food was very good and they also helped us get takeout when we wanted. Highly recommend for couples and families alike. My daughters loved the facilities and did not want to leave. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Everything was great, the hospitality, the help, the breakfast and the cleanliness. I really did not expect that.

The units at the guest house feature private entrance and soundproofing so guests can enjoy a peaceful stay. All units are air conditioned and include a seating and/or dining area. At the guest house, each unit is equipped with bed linen and towels. This riad is located in the heart of the Medina. We're close to a taxi stand, so we can easily access the surrounding area. Activities and excursions are offered right at the riad. The breakfast is locally sourced and very generous, making it a great place to start the day. There's a rooftop terrace with a beautiful view and a peaceful atmosphere. Special thanks to Maryam, who was extremely helpful and friendly. She explained the culture and way of life to us and answered all our questions!

Guests may eat in the on-site traditional restaurant, which is open for dinner, lunch, brunch and cocktails. It is a wonderful home! The staff is really friendly and helpful. It is very clean and located right on the edge of the Medina. So it is easy to find and a good starting point (to walk) to explore.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience. The location was perfect (5 mins from the blue gate ), close to all the main traditional areas (Felt like stepping into a time machine, where the rich history, ancient medinas, and timeless charm transported me back to a different era) , yet still quiet enough for a peaceful night's sleep. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Would definitely return

Complete with a private bathroom equipped with a walk-in shower and a hair dryer, the units at the guest house have a flat-screen TV and air conditioning, and selected rooms will provide you with a seating area. The units are equipped with heating facilities. When we arrived at the riad we felt like in a palace. The building is beautiful in the best morrocan tradition, the rooms are big and beautiful and tastefully decorated. Great rooftop with amazing view. Special thanks to Josef who was amazing to us. The location is great right in the Medina close to the gate . Breakfast was very good too
