Francisco speaks excellent English, helped us book tours and was very responsive on WhatsApp during our stay, he also allowed us to store our luggage before our overnight bus. Location is about a 25 minute walk from the main centre of town with the tourist attractions, we liked walking around the neighbourhoods so this was't an issue. The street is very quiet which allowed us a peaceful sleep but still has several restaurants within a few minutes walk if you don't want to go into the centre of town (we really liked Tlayudas El Negro, La Cevicheria Oaxaca and the street Memelitas across the road). Is also only a 10 minute walk to a large supermarket.

Casa 821 Guest House is a recently renovated homestay in the centre of Oaxaca City, 7.4 km from Monte Alban and 46 km from Mitla. The guest house is located quite near the Zocalo. Room was perfectly clean, well decorated, smelled nice. Very nice terrace on the roof top. Laundry service is a big plus.

The guest house has family rooms. We enjoyed our stay here. It's a cute property with about 4-5 rooms and a little common area with coffee, drinking water, cutlery etc. Rooms look new and clean. The air conditioner was handy to have in this weather. It can get noisy if your windows are open but the location is great and walkable to the centre.

Cleaniness, great staff and most kind staff they gave me so much information on how to trabsfer. They let me store my luggages while traveling. They have locker, super hot water. One of the best hotels

Situated within 600 metres of Mazunte Beach and 1.2 km of Punta Cometa in Mazunte, Casa de Kai Mazunte features accommodation with seating area. Guests staying at this guest house have access to a patio. Outdoor seating allows guests to enjoy the fresh air. As a solo female traveler, Casa de Kai was perfection. A 7 minute walk to the beach, one minute to anything you might need or want while in Mazunte. The room was perfect, clean, bright, cozy, simple. Paula is an exceptional and attentive host and a remarkable human. She was the best part of my stay at Casa de Kai - in her, I made a life-long friend. Oh, and the cats Minu and Max hanging with me in the garden, were a sweet addition.

The staff is one of the nicest I have met, I came very sick and Magnolia gave me pills and helped me to recover, she was so nice and it was shown that she truly cared.

Our room was very spacious and well equipped. The views were incredible and we wished we stayed for longer!

The vibe of this place is awesome, we got to chat with the staff and Chris and even went out one night with Chris. The staff really care to make your stay enjoyable. Whatever we needed they were happy to suggest ideas or organise for us. Would highly recommend!

The location is perfect in central Puerto with easy access to Punta via a Colectivo and the rest of the beaches a short walk. Quiet but social it's one of my favourite hostels anywhere.

The location was fantastic and really simplified my ability to get around the city and tour the many sites. I would 100% stay there again when my travels take me that way.
