The owner Jenny was amazingly friendly and helpful! She helped us book all the transport, tickets and plan our routes everyday. She even helped us buy other tickets after we left the hotel. My partner doesn't speak Chinese and a helpful local in China is priceless. The service itself is worth the money, you don't even need a tour guide. Good location as well, walking distance to Tianmen mountain cable car station and the main town.

We had a wonderful experience at this family-run hotel in Zhangjiajie. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. What really made the difference was the amazing hospitality of the manager—he was very attentive, gave us helpful tips to explore the area, and even offered rides to the airport and train station. It truly felt like staying with friends. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Zhangjiajie!

The owner was kind and super helpful the whole time I was staying there! He picked me up from the station and took me to the shooting range that I wanted to try, which he didn’t need to do that. By the way, I don’t recommend this Long Chen shooting range, I didn’t have fun at all😒 you cannot hold the gun as it was locked in the place. Lol… Good location! The people around there were very friendly and nice, the restaurant opposite of the hostel gifted me with their homemade wine when I went there for dinner, and the owner of the hostel next to it call ‘Yi lu you ni’ was very helpful and he actually took me to the Forest Gate on his way home. Thank you! All! You made my trip special.

Great location, close to buses, restaurants, shops, and the cableway. The owner was available to help with everything: airport pickup, assistance with organizing our stay and attractions, food recommendations, and ensuring we reached attractions and returned to the hotel safely. Fantastic Stay Near the Airport & Tianmen Mountain!​​ We stayed at this lovely, cozy B&B near Hehua Airport, and it was such a pleasant experience! The location is super convenient—just a short drive to the airport and very close to Tianmen Mountain. The hostess was amazing, and the homemade meals she prepared were absolutely delicious! A special shout-out to Lucas, one of the staff members, who was incredibly helpful and gave us great travel tips. He went above and beyond to make our trip enjoyable. Highly recommend this place for its warm hospitality, tasty food, and excellent service. Will definitely stay here again! ​​Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐​​

The lady who stays at the front desk is EXTREMELY nice and helpful and her husband is also super friendly and speaks English. She helped me book tickets and supported me in absolutely every request that I had (early check-in, late checkout, rescuing me after I got lost). Room is wide and clean, WiFi works perfectly. Comb, toothbrush, toothpaste, shower gel and shampoo are provided. 10/10, wish I stayed there longer!
