Good clean double room with two comfortable twin beds made into one double. Free WiFi in room with reasonable speeds but can slow down when other guests drain the resources. It helps sometimes to switch between the two available routers. Walking distance to the local train station, although I used it as a value for money stopover to explore Berlin by motorbike. Kitchen is clean and well equipped with dishwasher too. Secure quality locks throughout. Prompt communication from the management team regarding checking in.

Large room with twin beds in a quiet and nice neighborhood. There are super markets around within 5 min walking distance. There is a bus stop right outside of the house. Also the Pankow-Heinersdorf (S2, S8) subway stop is around 15-20 min walking distance. The bathroom, the kitchen and the living room of the house is shared with other guests. The room and the house was clean. The owner was really friendly and ready to fulfill our requests. Even though we didn't meet in person we had a short chat everyday. We could even use bicycles for free to ride along Berlin but we had no time to try.

The location was marvelous for my needs: I need a quiet place to spend a restful night at, and this hotel is in a small village to the north of Berlin with a half-hour travel time to get to my place of work. The landlady is the daughter of a real Norman (from Normandy), who unfortunately died one and a half years ago. He had furnished the dining and bar room with solid-wood chairs from France; the walls sported beautiful paintings he had collected over the years. The whole place speaks of a lot of love for detail and dedication to fulfilling the guests' needs and wishes. Will come here again. Thank you, Mrs. Lerosier.
