Such a beautiful historic home and continues to be a great place to stay. The owners are particularly generous with their time and attention to detail. With my visit being in Winter I was happy to see I had electrical blankets on the beds. Showers had an abundance of hot water and the home was decorated lovely for Christmas. Breakfast choices were varied and super coffee being served. Complimentary bottles of water and snack bars and chocolates also in abundance.

Great, central location. Everything was clean and the room was lovely. The host was very friendly and helped us out a lot when we were not be able to be there at normal check-in times. Many thanks for that!

The room (no. 6) for three adults was a great size with plenty of room and seats. Much bigger than we expected from the photos. Bathroom was again large with a shower over the bath. Full cooked breakfast, toast, cereal, yogurt & tea or coffee was exceptional value at £5 each.

Our stay here was absolutely perfect! From the moment we arrived, we were struck by how incredibly spacious the accommodation was, offering plenty of room to relax and unwind. Everything felt wonderfully comfortable, making it a true home away from home. What truly set this place apart was how accommodating our hosts, Pippa and Kevin, were. They were genuinely very kind people and went above and beyond, especially when they went the extra mile on laundry and provided a support pillow for an injury. This level of care made a huge difference. The amenities were excellent, with an induction burner, microwave, a fridge, and all kitchen utensils - everything you need for self-catering. We also appreciated how quiet the surroundings were, ensuring restful nights. To top it all off, the entire place was super clean, which always makes for a more enjoyable stay. We highly recommend this accommodation!

Discretely elegant and unpretentious country house hotel, nestled in the Moray countryside. Charming host Graham has had an extraordinary life and it’s no surprise that he and his wife Sheena have made such a success of Blervie and created such a fine and welcoming hotel. The place is immaculate and attention to detail meant that nothing was forgotten. Our room was large but not drafty with gorgeous views over the grounds. Loads of hot water was appreciated. Top quality bedding and a comfortable mattress made for a wonderful nights sleep. There was no television but that added to the feeling of escape from real life. Breakfast was served at the large communal dining table was fresh and delicious. We enjoyed meeting other guests and hearing some of Graham’s fascinating farming experiences.

A small, cozy and 200 years old building that is now a 4 rooms hotel, 5 minutes walk from Elgin city center. Pete the owner is amazing, very kind, excellent hospitality and service awareness. Very good breakfast, cooked to order, big rooms in an old, antique style - simply beautiful. Bonus - Pete has an amazing collection of old classic cars including a 1920s Rolls-Roys ….
