Absolutely everything! Best part was the luxurious bed and linen. Location is perfect, with swimming water everywhere and loads of dining options. The owner/manager goes out of his way to make you feel welcome, bringing us a special Greek dessert whilst also giving you privacy. We stayed in room 2, which I highly recommend.

The location was exceptional with a private beach area and amazing view! Special thanks to the hosts Tania and Dimitris for being so kind and polite. Breakfast was great with homemade classic greek food and a variety of options!

During my stay, Manos made sure I had everything I needed. He answered all my questions about the island and even gave me some helpful tips. Sarakiniko Rooms are in a great spot, quiet and away from the busy port, but still close enough to visit Plaka and Pollonia easily. Thank you for making my time in Milos so special. It was hard to leave!

We stayed in Avra for 9 nights this August and it was one of the highlights of the trip to Milos. From the booking to the final goodbye, the communication and service were superb. Any question or request was no issue for them and the responses were always positive and prompt. The place is only 10 minutes by car from the port and in fact it is so central that you can reach most places in the island in les than 20 minutes so super location (free parking). The welcome was fantastic by Manos, who is an absolute gentleman and consummate professional, and although there was a small hiccup (not Avra's fault), they resolved it very quickly. The place is comfortable, clean, very spacious and the housekeeping is fantastic. There is a decent little taverna down the road but you should really follow all of Mano's instructions on where it is best to eat, swim and visit overall. This is fantastic value for money and having travelled extensively around the world from 5 star hotels to palaces, his concierge like service could rival the best. Don't get me wrong, this is not a 5 star place, but the service is, with hospitality to match. If we went to Milos every year, we would stay here every time. Thank you Manos and Avra again for making our stay so enjoyable and we do hope to see you again. Lots of love from Ireland.

Lovely room right on the waterfront. Small patio to enjoy the sea view. Owners were extremely friendly and helpful. Provided us tips on where to enjoy the freshest seafood. I didn’t pack a hair dryer, I asked for one and one was provided. If you are missing anything just ask. Soundproof windows kept the outside street noise at bay and we were able to have very restful sleep. Innovative air conditioning kept the room quiet and cool. Room has a safe with a key to store your valuables. Rented a car a few doors down with Milos Cars which was super conviennent for picking up and dropping off the car. Recommended.

Stayed for 9 days, and it was far from enough to discover Milos. Evaggelia Studio is located in a less turistic part of the island, but with a car/scooter is is not an issue. The small city has two lovely beach bars (better get at Blue Cove early if you want a beachbed) with crystal clear water and covered from the wind. In addition theres a few restaurant - All in all perfect, and would stay there again were I to come back :) Lastly, the hosts are absolutely lovely and always brought a smile to our faces.
