The guest house is just ten minutes' walk from Malahide village and Malahide Castle. Plenty to do for the kids and bars in the evening for the adults. Malahide is about 30-40 minutes' drive or DART (light rail) from the Dublin city centre, so you get the best of both worlds. The guest house itself was clean and warm with friendly helpful staff. A great choice for families.

Room was comfortable and very clean. Check in process was quick and without issue. We had an Ocean view from our room on the main floor, but rooms on the 2nd floor would have a much better view of the Ocean. That being said, you can simply walk outside of the hotel and the Ocean is literally right in front of you! Breakfast was absolutely delicious. Home made bread, yogurt, option to have a full Irish breakfast as well (don't skip this option).

A real retreat - it is located in a cul de sac so it is totally quiet. The room and bathroom are very clean. The bed is is very comfortable. Self check in, reliable and hospitable hosts that provide guests with info and privacy and are available if you need anything. Excellent communication.
