I loved how James and his assistant Pandu were always attentive to every request. Pandu wandered around with me to get the kurta that I needed for a wedding an ensured that I paid a fair price. He accompanied me to make sure I made my train when I left. They helped arrange for favorable exchange rates of USD to Rupees from local stores. They really went above and beyond for me. The location is great because its centrally located near Marine Drive.

There was a really nice worker (sabit) who is really friendly and he has had a warm welcoming feeling and made the overall stay more enjoyable and I feel quite sad to leave arts international but I would recommend this hotel because it has decent sized rooms, clean atmosphere, friendly staff, and good service and the food is quite exceptional to say the least and I would definitely visit again.
