Our host was super nice and welcoming, the place is really comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped and the bathroom is clean (shared but just for 3 rooms so it’s not a problem)

Locally owned guesthouse in a lovely historic building, we were warmly welcomed with some Brennivin and fermented shark and woke to find freshly baked cinnamon bread at our door the next morning.Stay here if you can!

Great hospitality - Esteban was very friendly to show the rooms, open hotel areas etc. Everything was just perfect - you can feel that owner and stuff care about you a lot. Moreover, you can feel like at home because everything is very well prepared in cozy style. If you are tired of big stock hotels that nobody cares about you - you should come here :)

The host is very nice and warm. The rooms are very clean and comfortable.

The guesthouse undersells itself and has some added facilities. There was a guest fridge and microwave 😍. There is an on site restaurant that you can have dinner at however I was unable to find any menu or opening hours online. They do cook a mean fish and chips. The bed was the most comfortable I've had in Iceland. The scenery was stunning
