We really enjoyed our stay here! Starting with communication with the hosts, ended with every single detail, which was so thoughtful and comfy- everything was perfect! Franz is a really friendly host! We booked spontaneously and got a lot of help over text messages with fast answers. The location is perfect and the rooms and beds are very comfy. We felt super welcome and our dog too! We loved that we could make ourselves coffee and tea and get some biscuits. We definitely recommend the stay at Casa di Franz and we would definitely come back.

Everything! Clean room, balcony, shutters for peaceful sleep, kind and helpful staff, good location (but we did have a car), parking, amazing breakfast with option to take sandwiches the day of hiking. Will visit again for ski season!

Nice, charming and quiet hotel very well located. Everything around is reachable by foot, and the view to the mountains is spectacular. All facilities available, from car parking to nice garden with mountain view. I came with my motorcycle and there was a covered parking lot, so it was perfect.

Everything was great! The place was exceptionally clean and very comfortable for 4 adults with 2 seperate bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. A really great location for exploring the Dolomites. The host was very friendly and informative to the smallest details.
