Flippo welcomed us when we arrived, he gave us a lot of tips of the city map before showing us the room to settle in. The room we got was gorgeous and very comfortable in size, I love that we had a small dining bar for us to have coffee and biscuits. The bed linen was super nice and the housekeeping kept everything neat and clean everyday. I love the soundproof double windows and the view we had of the square was amazing. Flippo was very responsive to our texts and even check in on us the day before we depart. I love that the location was not in the main tourist area and yet there are many food options around. Would definitely come back!

I had a fantastic stay! The location was incredibly convenient, making it easy to explore the area. The room was spotless and beautifully designed, showcasing great taste in decor. But what truly made my experience unforgettable was the breathtaking view of Domo from the terrace. It's a sight that is hard to match! Loved our host! He was so kind went above and beyond for us. Made us feel so welcomed and special. The room was perfect and comfortable. Loved the amenities as well. Right near the train which was great for us and right near the cathedral. I highly recommend staying here if you are in Florence.

The place looks just like in the photos with high quantity furniture, very clean, charming and cozy. The locations is also excellent on the less touristic side of the city. There is complimentary water, coffee and tea. Also enough room for clothes. A spacy bed too. Mirko gave us some great recommendations and check in was super smooth and easy. We absolutely love everything! I also stayed in a 4-star hotel around the corner and would take Santa Rosa rooms over this hotel any day. 100% recommend.
