I liked everything about this small hotel. Rooms were very clean and nicely designed, bed super comfortable. Breakfast was good and stuff super friendly and helpful. Pool was also really nice and area around the hotel was quiet. So I highly recommend this hotel and hope to be back!

A very warm and friendly welcome from Monica & Mauro and their three adorable Jack Russells. Monica was very patient with us to explain everything and answer any of our questions. Lovely clean house with lots of character, very comfortable bedroom with fridge, kettle and ensuite toilet/shower. We used the provided bicycles to explore parts of the wetland areas a few kms away to birdwatch. Two very good supermarkets and restaurants within 15 minutes walk. A 5 minute bus ride to Sabbioni and from there we made regular trips to explore the lagoon islands and Venice.

Located in different locations in Burano, 8 km from Venice, Casa Burano boasts local designer furnishings, air-conditioned rooms and free WiFi throughout the property.

We stayed one night in this fantastic apartment. Communication with staff before our arrival was very friendly and professional. Petra picked up us at the boat stop with umbrellas in rainy day (very attentive) and we took small walk via center of Burano. Check-in was very quick and possible even earlier than avised. Room was perfectly clean and equipped. Shower, heating, window, door and incredible comfortable big size bed...everything in perfect condition and there was not any noise during night. Morning we took 10-15 min walk to Venissa Wine Resort for breakfast...and this was one of the best breakfasts we ever had. Everything homemade - bread, yogurt, kefir, juice, sweet bar...and the best scrambled eggs I ever had. Absolutely heaven. Thank you for this experience !!! The location was perfect for us, as visiting family. Chris was fantastic and nothing was difficult for him. Rooms were very clean and very modern, and the air con was perfect.

If you want to visit Venice, this place is a truly hidden gem! There are a few rooms, and all of them can share two fully equipped kitchens. The whole property seems brand new and upscale. The rooms are very stylish you have a view to nature and everything is very clean. There is a wonderful big pool to refresh. 3 min. From the property there is the train station that brings you in 25 min directly to venice! There are enough spaces for the car and the whole property is protected by a big fence. We recommend this wonderful place and the very warm welcoming owners of this place! ♥️

The place is near many places to reach by car or bike. It's in the middle of the countryside on a big crossing road very quiet, near a water channel and a bridge. Very suggestive. The rooms are over the small BAR where you can join the life of the place with local customer an the owner wich is very kind. Rooms are brand new and the quality of the spaces it's nice. During week-end it's possible to eat pizza at the bar but in about 3-5 km you can find restaurants advised from the owner.

New Bedrooms Mamma Gigetta, a property with a garden, is set in Noventa di Piave, 35 km from M9 Museum, 40 km from Caorle Archaeological Sea Museum, as well as 41 km from Aquafollie Waterpark.

The property is extremely comfortable and cozy. The photos fully match reality. We are a family with three children, and it was very spacious for us. Cleanliness is at a high level, offering excellent value for money. The apartment is modern. For smokers, there is a designated area in the yard for smoking and relaxation. The parking space in the yard is very convenient. Nearby, there is an outlet center as well as numerous restaurants for dinner and refreshments. The hosts were extremely polite and kind.

If you're planning boat trips from Fondamente Nove then this is ideal. It's about a 40 second walk from the D jetty. Communication was great, even before arrival. It's new. The bed and pillows are firm ( not too firm...you know what I mean) everything is clean. The water was hot, the a/c allowed me to heat up the room for a short while in the morning. Kettle and cups in the room ( bring your own instant coffee or tea) Thete is a small communal area downstairs with a small kitchen with fridge and microwave. Before people ask why there is no fridge in the rooms, remember this place is a new venture, and it is not a proper hotel . Maybe if the place is a success next summer then they may invest in fridges for the rooms. There are restaurants around the corner on the waterfront, so you wont go hungry anyway! All in all it totally suited my needs, which was to explore the islands for a couple of days.
