The place itself is amazing, extremely authentic, and beautifully arranged. The room is located in the house of our guest and charmingly arranged as if Linda was expecting friends 🧡. This is also the way she is welcoming and treating you. On top of that, you have access to her beautiful garden where she put some lazy chairs at your disposal for a sunny moment. The house rules Linda is asking you to follow are merely the ones you would apply at your own home.

The staff are excellent making you feel very welcome. Valet parking in a country that is not car friendly is exceptional. Don't miss the breakfast served to your room or rooftop canapés at sunset. This is by far the best hotel we experienced in Italy. The staff go out of their way to make you fell special and ensure you have a great experience. Location is second to none with very short walk to amazing places.

Room we booked in 30 min or sth like that and it was ready on time. I recommand this location. Only problem is a parking Your car. This object does not have parking places! You have to try find them outside the street. The white areas are free (check hours) rest blue- You have to pay. Everything oki except parking like always in big cities🤷🏻‍♂️Rest oki with it. Bathroom oki, kitchen oki. Everything new and clean! I recommand

The room exceeded our expectations and we would definitely recommend this hotel! It was completely newly renovated and everything was very tastefully decorated and very clean. The hotel is located at the city centre of Siena but we did not hear any noise from the street outside. The host was lovely and happy to assist.

We had a great stay in Siena. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the building is in a great location right in the city centre with plenty of restaurants and enotecas to visit. The staff was super helpful, sending us videos on how to get in and use amenities as well as sending us recommendations. We use the car valet service as well which is 100% needed if you come by car. Absolutely loved the little balcony by "reception" and the self service drink station.
