Our hosts were Patrizia and Giovanni. They were very helpful and friendly. The extra night which we stayed was no problem to accommodate and they helped by driving us to and from the railway station. Patrizia also drove us to a lovely restaurant for dinner on the first night and mentioned that some of the staff there spoke English so we could be understood when ordering our meals. Stunning location and the villa and the hosts were wonderful.

Having been kept informed by our hosts as to the key codes and what to do it was easy and the mini apartment was really lovely. there was a lift so no stairs to climb.

Enjoyed the Vikey experience with the access. It all worked well even if it was a bit of a palaver for making the original booking. The room was very charming and comfy and everything worked extremely well - good location in a lively little town. We were impressed.

The owners were helpful and they gave us detailed information how to enter the apartment. We got also detailed information where to park the car. In the morning we enjoyed having breakfast in the garden in front of our room with nice views to the mountains.

The accommodation was furnished and decorated with a lot of care and love, it had everything we needed. The house has a beautiful location with a great view of Reggello, you can just sit in the garden by the pool and enjoy. We loved the garden which we could use to sit outside. It was so easy to get to Florence, we caught the train or bus which was only a few minutes walk as was the huge supermarket. We could park right outside the door. The room had everything we needed. The host was friendly and easygoing. There was even a turtle living in the garden which was adorable. I would recommend it if you don’t want to contend with parking and the prices of accommodation in Florence…and you can say you’ve stayed in a medieval tower!
