Wonderful stay and wonderful host! Extremly nice, renovated and clean property, decorated with taste and love. Super comfortable bed, long enough for tall people and spacious, exceptionally clean bathroom with great shower. We haven't booked parking in advance, but it's allso possible to park a car for free across the street from hotel. We stayed for two nights and absolutely loved this little hotel and the town of Tavarnelle in Val di Pesa, cozy and sweet, a real experience of italian dolce vita, a little away from tourist crowds. Giovanni also gave us a great tip for a local restaurant a bit down the street. Thanks to Giovanni we had our best stay and we hope to come back again!

We really liked the location- small, quiet town. Everything was clean and spacious enough for two people. Parking right outside the house.

The host, Niccoló, is a nice, full-blooded Italian who does everything to make you feel good. She has four sweet puppies who are cute, they only go to you for petting, and they also love to sunbathe together. The road leading to the accommodation is not concreted, but it is easily accessible from the main road with a higher car, and in return the panorama is amazing! The nearest small town is a 5-minute drive away. We spent a fantastic 4 days here, I can wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone who wants the real, authentic Tuscan atmosphere!

The 15th century castle surrounded by the Tuscan hills is magical. The breakfast is delightful and fresh, and the staff is really helpful. Our room was at the top of a tower, it was amazing.

Beautiful old apartmend building, right in the midle of Greve town center! The rooms are done to perfection with beautiful original/renovated timber beams and modern apliances. Breakfast was delicious with pastries from local bakerie. The host made us feel welcomed and was realy helpful! And even got to our room before the check in time!

The room was really nice and clean! The location is perfect, right near the center of San Gimignano and the host was great! They really love their job and make you feel comfortable and welcome! I would certainly recommend it to anyone else and I would love to come back!

Absolutely amazing location, in city center, with great views on Tuscany Landscape and Twin towers of San Gimigniano. Great communication with host, also we get offer for private garage for small fee, as we arrived by car.
