Really lovely room in a fantastic location, but the thing that made it our favourite stay throughout all of our Japan trip was Hana and her husband. They were so helpful, friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. They gave us lots of recommendations for the area and couldn’t do more to help us. I would recommend anyone to stay here and we wish we had stayed for longer! We will definitely be returning.

Incredible experience. Maybe the best one yet! We spent the night playing card games with the two owners as well as another guest. Although the owners don't speak English, communication was always easy as they have a device to immediately translate from Japanese to English or any other language and vice versa. They often helped us plan our itinerary for the next day. The beds and comforters were so comfortable and we could see Mount Fuji from our window. There were bathrooms on both floors but the shower rooms are on the first floor so plan your baths carefully. Would love to come again.

Everything was same as the photos. Very close to the station and the main hub of transport, yet very quiet being tucked away in a small alley. Can walk to Kawaguchiko Lake, there's a supermarket and fruit kiosk on the way (near the big building, school maybe?). Room was very comfortable and warm in end Nov, everything was so clean and orderly. Definitely recommended.
