This place is amazing! It’s definitely the best stay for our three-week round trip . I can only recommend it. We booked a Standard double room , Which was their basic category. But it was fantastic! The room was super clean , which is not always in Sri Lanka. They had everything more than we expected like air conditioning, hot water , mosquito nets , a fan , tea coffee, and even pool towels were provided in the room. Also best value for the money. Unbeatable! The Wi-Fi was great in the room and restaurant. Pool area also had a another Wi-Fi which was good. The pool was our favorite super Large,clean like the rest of the property surrounded with nature great to relax and in the pool even have kind of jacuzzi that you can get a massage in the water :) We also booked a Half day 7 Hour safari tour through them and it was fantastic . Price was also very good compared to other offers we had . We saw many elephants, birds and many other animals . Had a great time with the breakfast inside the park .The driver explained everything to us and was very experienced. He didn’t bother animals or go with too many jeeps . If you’re going on a safari definitely go with the hotel. The owner was very friendly, professional and had lots of experience in the industry. The rest of the staff also very helpful and available always with a smile . Thanks a lot for the wonderful stay ! We‘ll definitely come back . Highly recommend this place!

The place is very cool and clean! At first the jungle around seems a bit scary, but you r absolutely safe there! The family that has the place is very kind, they show us their beautiful garden. This place was one of my favourites in Sri Lanka! It is quite a lovely surprise! Calm area, very nice outdoor setting, the room was very spacious (as well as the bathroom!) So let's talk details: - The food: Amazing! home made food served on a banana leaf, accompanied by candle lights and the sounds of nature! - The Safari: Dimu provided us with the contact of a local who drives safari cars, and who was very nice company on my trip! He gave me a few pointers, and was very flexible with my requests. - The Massage: They also have a nearby masseuse who offers traditional Sri Lanki Ayurvedic massage in her home, with home made oils/creams.... Oh my God! It was so good, I did not want it to end! - The helpfulness: Dimu also arranged a taxi to my next destination, and made sure I was fully safe as I was travelling alone and it was quite late at night. He joined the trip to help me feel safe! Overall, totally worth it, you will really enjoy! !

Really clean place, the best breakfast we ate during our trip. The owner is super friendly and nice, took us also to Udawalawe National Park and really tried to find an elephants - and he did it despite that we have dry season so it wasnt easy :) I really recommend that place, the room has view on forest so you can see monkeys jumping everywhere.

everything was just perfect! if i could i would give rate 20 :-) place is like from a jungle fairytale. green and quiet, perfectly maintained. room is spacious and outer toliet with a pool is unbelievably. everthing designed with great taste and in harmony with nature ♡ lunch and breakfast were very delicious. dasun is great guy, he helped us with everything ;-) he also can organise safari for you. big regards to whole family, i hope we'll come back one day!

Amazing place! Such a lovely host!! they organized everything we asked for (even transport from Ella to Udawalawe). and the safari with their guide was awesome. he knows a lot about the park and animals. highly recommend to do the Udawalawe safari with them. food was also excellent - not the typical egg + fruits breakfast you get everywhere but homemade Sri Lankan breakfast. dinner with curry buffet was very delicious we have nothing but great words for this place!

I would give 20/10 rating if I could! ⭐️ Modern, comfortable, right next to the Nationalpark. great host, he even organized a candle light dinner for a little birthday party! 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼 Soo thankful! Great food and beers !

It was perfect because it is like a home stay. The family owning the bungalows is very warm and great host. If you stay there try the home made food, it is simply excellent!
