Cozy and well equipped villa with beautiful design. Spacious and clean rooms. Sea view and outdoor pool was wonderful. The host is super host, very nice and friendly. I felt like I’m home. Highly recommended!

Location.. Few minutes from the beach. Staff are really friendly and helpful. The bed was so comfy, air con and fan are really quiet. Everything is kept super clean! The shared kitchen has everything you need for self catering. Fantastic coffee. Which is free gratis! There are also books to read.

Location was great. The gentleman, Lance, looking after the arrival of guests while “mama” was away was very friendly and offered great advice on eating spots, recreation opportunities and colectivo routes. The adult son, Profiro, was also very welcoming.

Its beautiful remote place, ideal to connect with nature. Ocean healing sounds, beautiful beach good for walks, friendly dogs that can acompany you on the walk. Edwin is wonderful person taking care of the place and guests. He offers his help before you need to ask for it. I thank him very much for all help and friendship.

Very clean, easy check in. We stayed for an easy access to the airport the following day. Very basic, but did the trick. Highly recommend

It has ALL what you are looking for, CLEAN ( fresh towels and room cleaning) very FRIENDLY ( warm welcoming and travel advices ) FRESH fruits every day, and close to local street FOOD and collectivos ( shuttle vans - cheaper than Taxi‘s ) it is in the middle of native people and not much tourists .. and cheaper than Tulum and playa de Carmen !! If you like it quiet and maybe you look for low budget , give it a try .. we definitely coming back !! The beach is not busy and you can snorkel 🤿 on your own, without booking a tour, if you can swim!! B
