We arrived at the Panoramic View Hotel after a short one-minute walk down from the main road. Just a small note: the path is a little steep, so keep that in mind if you’re carrying a heavy backpack or rolling luggage. We were really lucky that the owner gave us one of his best rooms on the top floor — with a breathtaking 270° view. The room itself is spacious, simply furnished, and has a balcony. Honestly, the view says it all: on clear days you can see the Annapurna (from the terrace), and when it’s cloudy, you still get a sweeping look over the city, valley, lake, and even people paragliding. Absolutely stunning! Breakfast was simple but delicious, with portions that were more than generous. One evening, they even asked if we’d like dinner and served a home-cooked dal bhat that was really good. You can choose to eat in the dining area downstairs or upstairs, where the views keep you company. Note: Meals come with reasonable charge. ⭐ 200% for the view and hospitality!

Great location.Spacious and comfortable room. Very clean. Family owned and managed. Stan, Indira and Nabin are wonderful hosts, respectful and accommodating. Also, take advantage of their in-house travel services. I’ve used them in 4 different occasions for trekking, paragliding and bungee jumping. Definitely recommend look forward to come back.

The location was great, very close to the lake and in a quiet area. Bishnu and Yume were very sweet hosts, always smiling! The rooms were pretty big and beds were comfortable.

The location is superb, with stunning views of the mountains (when it clears) and a beautiful inner courtyard with flowers and trees. Sitting on the balcony in the morning birding was splendid, and the breakfasts were delicious. The staff — fluent in English — is amazingly friendly and helpful. Also, toiletries came with the room. There are two wonderful restaurants a minute walk away. The beds were comfortable and the sheets pristine. There’s water in the lobby, and you can also ask for a bottle if needed

Booking this homestay was probably the best decision of my trip. The view from the homestay was the most beautiful thing I’ve ever seen in the world. The place was very clean and comfortable. They were super helpful in helping me book experiences and just overall have a great time here. Would rate it higher if I could.
