Very spacious, well equipped accommodation. Cleary a lot of thought and consideration has been put into ensuring guests can relax and enjoy everything the area has to offer - whatever the weather. There is a spacious private deck area with wonderful views out over Simpsons Beach. Also we received an extremely warm welcome from the host, Marina, who had plenty of suggestions for places to go in the area. Highly recommended accommodation - just don't make the same mistake we did and only book for two nights! This is somewhere you could comfortably spend many, many nights. Absolutely superb!

Even though we only had a single overnight stay at Annabells B&B, we must say it’s on our top ten experiences of what we have had during our 6 weeks vacation in New Zealand. The unit was fine and cozy, and located surrounded by big trees giving you a feeling that you are in the middle of a rain forest. The hosts were great and happy for sharing information on what to see. We can only give our best recommendations.

We thoroughly enjoyed the hospitality from Jane and Doug and the beautiful little house! Especially the little touches that made the stay so special – stargazing in thick jackets, the stocked fridge, the delicious grapes, and your personal attention. We visited the nearby beautiful beaches and enjoyed the stunning surroundings and the wonderful weather. Of all the accommodations over the past 5 weeks, our stay with them was by far the best! We will often think back on it.

The view is amazing, very secluded and close to wonderful beaches. We had the best view from our bedroom/ patio and it made the stay even more perfect.

I like how is close to the beach, fishing spot, and neighbors are very welcoming, feel like we haven't left home, the shower is amazing, cute cozy home, and we're allowed to pick some fruit from the fruit tree 😊( persimmon) just right home for my little family 😊

- Everything was outstanding, the heart that Carol puts in taking care of details makes you feel at home - Bed and pillows were super comfortable - Breakfast was great (we didn’t share with any other guests during our stay) - unfortunately we didn’t use them because of a heavy rain we had but the kayaks and the deck from the house seemed super nice. The Netflix access works an alternative really well.
