Maria, the host, was exceedingly kind. She was quite helpful when we checked in, giving us a map and telling us what was worthwhile seeing and where to eat. The location is excellent, and you can easily stroll to all the major attractions. Definitely recommend.

Location is absolutely gorgeous. Coimbra is split into two sides by the river, the busy side with the university and the quaint residential side, and this flat is on the residential side. The location is as scenic as it gets - but expect a VERY uphill walk to get there!
