Nice and spacious bedrooms. Didn’t have a living room but that didn’t bother us. Was able to message the owner and get a response instantly when required. Plenty toilet roll provided. Location was perfect for where we wanted. Plenty of clean towels provided. Street parking available.

At the end of a four week trip around Europe this was our splurge. Fabulous hotel, friendly and helpful staff, sumptuous breakfast. Rooms are spacious and light filled with opening windows, bed linen was as soft as petals! So yum to curl up and sleep in. Cleaning service came each day which was a lovely bonus. We had an issue with a noisy street side room the first night however staff were quick to rectify this and moved us to a quieter one the next morning.

Palacio is one of the most amazing and authentic hotels we have ever visited. To be honest the word hotel is just too simple for this special place - this is a SIGNATURE STAY. Everything about this palace is extraordinary. And trust us when we say that the pictures on booking do not do this original palace justice. Everything here is just one huge warm welcome! And of course, an outstanding experience away from home is never just about the comfortable beds, the continental breakfast or the authentic entourage - it is also all about the PEOPLE that make your stay memorable. At Palacio we had soooooo many people who went out of their way to make our visit outstanding. From the dear people in the kitchen and the dining rooms every morning, preparing and serving our lush breakfast, to the impeccably dressed doormen and reception-ladies, who were ready 24 hours a day to attend to our every need! Come rain or come shine. Thank you Allan, Victoria, Ricardo, Lucio, Joao, Daniel and one name that we could not remember exactly: Diogo/Diego... there were more than 15 great people. At first I was hesitant with the idea of sharing bathroom with people... but there are actually a lot of bathrooms and there is ALWAYS one free for you to use. This is the NICEST staff I've ever encountered, really nice and helpful people. Their breakfast although simple, it was just amazing. This is the best croissant I've ever had. The location is also pretty convenient, close to the airport and easy to go to the center of the city. The view of the Sagres Campo Pequeno at night was a nice surprise (went during Christmastime). I think I was very lucky to pick this place out of the thousand others in Lisbon, would definitely stay there again!!

This little boutique hotel in the middle of Lisbon is simply fantastic. One of the reasons why I chose this hotel was that it's right in one of the busiest central street. The other was the possibility to have breakfast on the rooftop :) The staff were extremely helpful and forthcoming. Abu, Alice, thank you so very much for the great experience!
