A perfect mixture of Italian and Thai hospitality. Everyone working in the hotel was exceptionally helpful and polite, and we enjoyed every minute of our stay. The hotel is located in a relatively quiet street, a few minutes from the night market and the bars on foot, yet far away from the noise. This was our first trip to Asia, and we wanted to make sure that we have a reliable supply of strong European breakfast and coffee for the start of the day, and it is exactly what we got. The hotel provides free transport to Kata Noi beach, which was really great, and also you can rent a scooter right there. The staff were exceptionally helpful with all of our questions and requests.

All the staff members were incredibly friendly and caring. Our room met the requirements and the breakfast was very good. The best detail was that they not only let us leave our backpack in the hostel during the last day after the check-out time but they also allowed us to use the shower of our room when we came back to pick it up since the weather was really hot and we had been the whole day out. We were very impressed with that gesture.
