Very good with communication and he was quickly to respond. He even took us to the airport( I needed to tip him). House itself was great location from city centre and it was hidden from the noise in the quiet neighborhood. All the facilities were great so I decided to spent 2 nights here. The rooms are fitted with a balcony with views of the mountain. Everything was great! And even though the hosts don't seem to speak English, they were very warm, hospitable, and helpful. I would 100% recommend the place! The beds were comfortable, and bathroom is as big as you would need it with hot water and a bidet. The terrace had sufficient tables and chairs, and the internet is strong enough to reach it. I was able to work while here. The view from the terrace was also stunning, with an almost unobstructed view of the Mangalemi part of Berat. There was a kettle and fridge inside the room, which were really helpful.
