Paparei is a lovely low key friendly convenient and very scenic and pleasant location. My favourite things were sitting on the deck watching the heron stalking fish, the chickens clucking around and the locals coming down to enjoy the water. I also enjoyed the antics of the common mynas even though the are an introduced species they are very charismatic. I also loved the adjacent Cafe Wokkai! 2 minutes to fish and chips I could bring back to eat on the deck?! Yes please!!

Kura was a great host! She met us at the airport & took us to their place. We loved the apartment-cabin, it was spacious & very well equipped with everything we needed! We loved Aitutaki. 😎👍

Loved that it was very spacious and surrounded by nature. 🥹 This place exceeded my expectations. Tutai was a great host she helped us getting a motorbike and getting our sim card when we just arrived. We are very grateful to meet her and also the maintenance lady. Flo and Auggie

The location was amazing. The staff were so helpful and friendly and couldn’t do enough to help us have an awesome holiday. The bar and food on Saturday night was top notch and we had an amazing time mixing with the locals.

It’s a great location, with lovely loading view. The cottages were better than what’s advertised here. They were clean and welcoming. Outdoor shower was great too. Steve was a great host and helped us to get around and plan our day.

Vaia and Ke'e were great hosts. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Lovely welcome at the airport with a beautiful Lei and town tour . Lovely quiet location. Would recommend you stay here.

great location, a number of little shops within 100 metres. The takeaway and grocery shop within walking distance is the place to meet the locals. The people are so friendly. Our hosts have scooters and bikes so its all organised for you, the hosts are so awesome.
