Karim is a great host and prepares a DELICIOUS breakfast! The manager is very responsive and helped us organize day trips and transfers even last minute. The rooms were huge and very clean. The location is quiet, on the outskirts of Marsa Alam (15 Min walk from the center). Nothing or no one around but we felt safe. Marsa Alam is a bit of a ghost town in general so don't expect much going on - a good chance to disconnect :)

The owner gave me all the information and details about the place, nearby restaurants, supermarkets, exchange house etc. It is a safe location, like the vast majority of places in Marsa Alam, there are many points that are under construction. The room was great air conditioner working properly and a good mattress. The bathroom was clean, with amazing hot water I strongly recommene the stay at this hotel. Oh, I forgot... breakfast ten out of ten, just to start the day with full energy and join the different tours, by the way, you can find them in the same hotel, these tours are a very good cost benefit.

I arrived with some issue since my driver whom took me to Marsa Alam from Luxor was trying to charge me more than agreed. Ibrahim helped me out of the situation with ease. I really appreciated his kindness and hospitality! Breakfast was great, there are some snacks or drinks available to purchase in the kitchen if you feel lazy to walk to the supermarkets. Which is very thoughtful!
