Only 20 minute walk from Glasgow’s centre, the Alamo Guest House sits within the West End, close to Sauchiehall and Argyle Streets restaurants and bars. The shower and bath were excellent, the place had a beautiful aesthetic and was decorated very well, and the staff were very friendly. Most hotels these days are too modern looking and lack character but this guest house is absolutely stunning and I'm happy that it's original elegant appearance was kept intact.
