The manager was wonderful and even arrived minutes later to resolve an issue with an overhead light that would not turn off. The shower was great with lots of water pressure and soap provided. The location is right off the West Highlands Way trail which was so nice for the walk. It is right on the water which is just beautiful. It’s a short walk across the parking lot to the Clansman Pub and Restaurant. We enjoyed dinner and breakfast here and the staff were friendly and attentive.

The hotel itself is comfortable and quiet, exactly what we needed. Location is great for a walk around the castle, a visit to the loch or as a stopover towards the highlands. (P.s. the Indian restaurant opposite the hotel is a great find, delicious and huge meals!)
