The family is always available and happy to help with anything you might need, and their hospitality really made my stay special. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and very well-maintained. The location is also perfect—right in the heart of town, just a short walk from many of Tbilisi’s main attractions, cozy cafes, and lively streets. What truly sets this place apart is the atmosphere - peaceful, inviting, and full of heart. It felt more like staying with friends than in a hotel. I can’t recommend 9 Doors Hotel enough, and I’ll definitely be coming back next time I’m in Tbilisi!

I loved my stay here and I will definitely return. Highly recommended

The house was very close to the Avlabari Metro station, so it was possible to go to any where in Tbilisi.
