Free private parking is available and the guest house also features bike hire for guests who want to explore the surrounding area. Captain Studio's was fantastic. The room had a beautiful view and was comfortable. Fresh snacks were waiting for us in a super clean room. It was nice and quiet!

They are equipped with a TV, a mini fridge, a hairdryer and they all have an en-suite bathroom with a shower. This place was a delight. Clean, comfortable rooms. Clean and refreshing pool. Outstanding breakfast and very friendly and helpful hosts.

Some include a fireplace or microwave. Guesthouse Niriides is a really lovely place to stay, a beautifully restored old building with modern amenities yet retaing its old world charm. Our host was delightful and couldn't be more helpful and friendly. The breakfast was home made and delicious with different breads/cakes and fruit every morning. The jams and preserves were freshly made by her mother who was equally generous and gave us pot of apricot jam to take home. The bed... well.. we were first to try the new comfort bed that arrived and it was heaven! We cannot recommend Niriides enough. We will return... in the autumn next time! Loved it!

Plenty of good restaurants and nightclubs are to be found nearby. It is also just a 10-15 minute walk away from the small town of Spetses and the Dapia harbour. Tina is the best hostess. She helped us with everything we asked for with no hesitation. Also the hotel was near Agia Marina (the best beach in Spetses, just 7 min walk , the old harbor (5 min walk) and not that far from the new harbor (20 min walk).

They provide you water and inform you not to consume tap water which is not good (we were not informed about this , so they were awesome for that!)
