The accommodation features a lift, and luggage storage for guests. The location was fantastic! A block from Accademia, a few blocks from the Duomo, across the street from a fantastic gelato place... It was nice. It was also the only place we stayed in Italy that actually had AC (other 2 places claimed to have it, but didn't). I loved the tub in the room, and that they had a smart tv to watch Netflix in the evenings when we were relaxing. They also had a cleaning service come in every day.

It is situated 600 metres from Palazzo Vecchio and features a lift. Private parking can be arranged at an extra charge. Great location. It was on a walking distance from the majority of locations of interest. Even though it was not a hotel with 24h reception, the staff was always reachable by WhatsApp, and was very helpful every time we needed it.

She guided me on where to take him and even allowed me to stay longer after checkout to make things easier for 🙏🏻us. Her kindness and willingness to help made all the difference, and I am forever grateful. Beyond the amazing service, the location is super convenient—it’s close to laundry facilities, the metro, the bus, and plenty of great places to eat.
