The facilities are new and modern, considering most of the hotels in Venice are very old. Also, they were able to install and elevator, which was a plus for my mother(70 years old).

Both Verona Arena and the cathedral are a 10-minute walk away. I loved how friendly, warm and efficient the staff were. I also loved the distance between the property and places to go to. the in-room breakfast was not bad. the recommendations on food was awesome as well!
