The staff member who picked us up from the JR station was very friendly, polite and thoughtful. The host is hospitable, attentive and detail-oriented. He puts in a lot of efforts to keep this place welcoming and comfortable. I would highly recommend it!

I would definitely visit again if I had a chance to travel to Yufuin with my precious people.
