The area has many nice restaurants and café. There is a 7-11 within few minutes walk. - the checkin and checkout process is straight forward with a code, Kazuki-San sent all the manual in advance so everything is clear :) - it’s near to two train stations (less than 10 minutes walk): skytree oshiage and hikifune. Both stations can easier get to all the lines and skyaccess to NARITA airport. - coffee and tea are provided, as well as bath salt, bath soap, shampoo and even laundry detergent! Also there is a microwave and fridge to be shared and some games that we can play (uno card etc). We have everything we needed for our one week stay and everything was perfect! - it’s warm and cozy in the room (second floor) with the air-cond well functioned. The mattress is comfortable too. - we don’t get bother by any train noise too, it’s really nothing when all the doors are closed.

Not super close to train/metro stations but is reasonably close to facilities in the neighbourhood (convenient store, supermarket, public bath, restaurants) and the attractions in the area. [side note: highly recommend Yasuda Garden, super beautiful]
