We never met Quyet but he was great in his communication, responsive and helpful. If we are back to Hà Nội we won’t hesitate to stay here again.

Despite the late hour, she kindly prepared a homemade pho at 11 pm before we even discussed check-in details. The accommodation was impeccably clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and pleasant environment throughout my stay. Each morning, I was treated to a delicious homemade breakfast. Stella’s attention to detail was evident in the freshly baked bread, homemade marmalade, and the delightful surprise of different fresh fruits each day. Stella and her family truly made my stay memorable with their warmth and hospitality. Their helpful suggestions for tours allowed me to fully enjoy the beauty of Hanoi. Additionally, the location of the jaccommodation was very convenient, making it easy to explore Hanoi. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for genuine Vietnamese hospitality in a pristine and welcoming setting. Thank you Stella and family for all your attentions.

Located 12 km from Vietnam Museum of Ethnology and 12 km from West Lake, Lee Homestay features free WiFi and units equipped with a kitchen, terrace and seating area. Private parking is available on site at this recently renovated property. Every room comes with a balcony with views of the lake. It's a place or property where u will feel as home , I mean the environment is kinda homely, secondly the owner is so genuine and friendly. He and his wife will help/guide u guys with all possible things.

Lovely homestay with all the amenities you'd expect from a hotel. The host could've not been more responsive to any questions or requests we had, and took care of our laundry for next to nothing too! Perhaps more importantly for a city like Hanoi, it's centrally located yet tucked just enough in the back corner that reaching the room and opening the large window we could actually hear bird song rather than incessant traffic noice or other people. So cherish it for the quiet hideaway it provides!

The accommodation features a 24-hour front desk, full-day security and currency exchange for guests. This Homestay absolutely exceeded our expectations and that was because of the host. When we arrived he and his partner picked us and our bags up from the taxi he had arranged for us. He gave us a personal tour of the stay which was wonderful- great location right in the heart of Old Quarter, but also quiet for good sleep. He even got us welcome drinks while carrying our huge bags up the stairs!! He was always available for questions 24/7. He was always accommodating to our schedule especially on check out. Lastly, we left something in the room - he immediately messaged me and to our disbelief he SHIPPED IT all the way to Ninh Binh to our hotel to meet us on our next leg of the journey. Overall, we were blown away by the hosts hospitality, kindness, and overall value of everything you get staying here. We will be back soon!!
