Everything is good. With friendly staffs. My room' s view was actually the Jungfrau (4 bed dorm). You could enjoy the slience time in front of the mountain. Make sure you have good communication with the staff before check-in. The reception is not opening for 24hrs.

Nadia and Thomas (and Barry the lovely dog) made me feel so welcome. Breakfast was all organic local food with fresh fruit, bircher muesli... nothing was too much trouble. Comfortable, immaculately clean rooms with a stunning view of the mountains. Straight out the door onto the cobbled streets at the heart of Engelberg.

Located in Engelberg, 500 metres from the Titlis Rotair Cable Car, Engelberg Youth Hostel features a buffet restaurant and a summer terrace.

The location was great, it was really close to the town, right on the lake, and very close to a great kayak rental shop that I used. The hosts were so kind and helpful, the hostel was very clean and well-thought out, and everything was just excellent, especially for my first time staying in a hostel and traveling alone.

They let us stay at Espen hotel nearby which the room was very new. The scenary of the view from our room was so good. Breakfast staff are very friendly.

Great location. You will have a wonderful view of sea or mountain. You can heat your food and get boiled water or coffee. That is nice. I will choose it next time if they have better mattresses.
